Data Processing

ReckonFlow processes bank statement PDFs and CSV files entirely in-memory. Files are uploaded to our server, processed, and the resulting data is returned to you immediately. We do not store your bank statements, transaction data, or any extracted information on our servers after processing.

What We Collect

When you use our service, we process the file you upload and extract transaction data to generate your CSV or QIF output. This data is processed in real-time and is not persisted.

For authenticated users, we store your email address and account preferences via Clerk for authentication purposes.

Data Retention

Uploaded files and processed data are deleted immediately after processing. We do not retain copies of your bank statements or transaction data. Usage analytics may be collected but are anonymized and do not include personal financial information.

Third Parties

We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
